Framed artworks are not eligible for return. Each piece is custom made to order so all purchases are final sale.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your artwork upon arrival. If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping, contact us at mm@mallorymorrison.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

A description of the issue

A photo of the damage, if applicable
We’ll assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note: We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after the artwork has been safely delivered.
EU CUSTOMERS- 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You must receive approval before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must have been shipped to the European Union.

Your item must be in the same condition you received it.

We strongly recommend using the original packaging to protect the print during return shipping.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once we receive the artwork and confirm it is undamaged, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address in Long Beach, CA. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend:
